II — Artist statement

Body / behavior / belief

We are never
only one thing.

The 5 Temperaments considers personality not as a fixed diagnosis, but as choreography: the ways we advance, retreat, resist, perform, and surrender. Across five distinct movements, temperament becomes image, rhythm, tension, and release.

The work asks what remains when a label stops describing a person and begins revealing the forces competing within them.

One body.

Five impulses.

No fixed self.
